"I have been going to Dr. Tang for a few years. His staff have always been nice and professional. As far as Dr. Tang, he is such a caring doctor and makes sure that i understand the 'why' he has had tests run and medications given for my issues. He listens and has even called after hours to check on me and to give me tests results so I didn't have to wait. I am so very happy that Dr. Tang moved here and is my doctor."

"To start with if i could rate by department. Front staff- i would rate a zero as no one answers phones, when trying to schedule or reschedule cannot reach no one. Find out one of the ladies provided my mother HIPPA information as my mother is not on my HIPPA nor should of been provided information that she was provided, my initial follow up appointment was removed off schedule and when there was a cancel and was added to where i was to start with my mother was called a liar (she works in office), when i needed medicine filled spoke with Toni she advised to call around and see if i can find a pharmacy and once I did i tried to call back and had to call 4 times and still didnt get a response. Mother went in next day and Toni made me and my mother out to be liars to my dr. I feel like this member is out to get my mother and taking it out on me and when I try to make a complaint I call the Muncie In office the staff there transferred me to Ft Wayne where I am trying to make a complaint to and then no one still answered the phones. For my dr and his team in the back- I would rate Dr Tang 100-10 just because he is great and he takes his time and focuses on needs of the patient and not his needs. I just love my Dr he is wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone because he has a soul of an angel. If it wasnt for the front staff i would give an overall 5 stars but i just have to give the back staff 5 stars."
