"My family orders fairly regularly from this location and this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. When I placed my order online, I was quoted a 25-35 minute wait for my 2 large stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas (and free with points breadsticks) to be delivered. I called after waiting over an hour and a half to check in with the store, just to be hung up on. The delivery driver showed up well over an hour late. The order was $35. My husband handed her a $50 and she said she didn’t have “that much change.” He clarified that she didn’t have $15 in change. She had $9 (online it stated drivers carry $20) so we had no choice but to give her a $6 tip on top of the $4 delivery fee for an over an hour late pizza. I checked the pizzas in front of her to see if they were warm- and they were lukewarm at best. The crust was so tough that we gave up on even trying to eat it. I’ve kept my receipt and plan on going to the store tomorrow for a refund. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or a management issue but I won’t be returning. We’ve never gotten this service before! Just order Dominos. Don’t waste your time or your money. My kid went to sleep before it even got here. Dominos wouldn’t have done us like that. I’m done."
