"Placed a timed delivery order for lunch at work. Food came an hour and a half early, so the food was cold by the time I was able to eat it, and the pop was warm due to sitting out for an hour and a half."
"Called and ordered a pizza was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour which I’m ok with but 90 minutes later and I call and they said the driver has been on route for 27 minutes I live 10 minutes from the restaurant food has always been good and good with timing but tonight was a horrible experience as I type this I’m still waiting on the pizza driver will receive no tip had they been here in a timely manner would of tipped good but not after waiting so long for my food and drinks which will probably be cold and flat unprofessional update got pizza driver was outside smoking blaring their music loudly and pizza not cut I waited over an hour for this what in the world kind of service is this"
"So we ordered on christmas eve so i already knew the wait time would be long. They said hour to an hour and a half and it didn’t come till two hours after the call. The guy apologized and was sincere and i understand they were probably really busy. On the phone i asked for a pizza with half cheese and the other half cheese and pepperoni. The pizza came and it was half cheese and half with pepperoni and no cheese underneath. Just pepperoni and sauce. The food was honestly just not good and it makes me upset because I don’t like complaining but after all that time and couldn’t even get the right food."
"Cousin Vinny’s is usually amazing along with their staff! Plus the only place in Middletown that is open late for 3rd shift folks (beside Taco Bell) Maybe it’s pizza week in cincy or maybe it’s cause I did a half and half pizza. I feel like the cream and crimson compares to Two Cities Cabbie pizza but tonight is was a big disappointment. Normally the Cream and Crimson has red potatoes on it but tonight they did potato chips….. Also didn’t really enjoy seeing staff vape in the store. Maybe next time it’ll be on par."
"This place serves burnt sandwiches and cardboard crust pizza. They also over charge if you use a coupon, and dont ask for a receipt back after you ask about the over charge cause its your receipt or give the refund back. The manager called the police because i ask for my receipt for my records. Go figure she must be skimming off the top."
