"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Just went to this location and order a 8 piece extra crispy meal (all breasts) with two sides. The lady in the front/cashier was nice but the food itself was very disgusting. First off, the chicken was mushy (like an elmers glue stick) on the inside and the batter was falling off the chicken itself. Also, the two sides had a weird smell to them. Unfortunately I didn't check these things before my family started eating them and now they have stomach aches. Second, while I was waiting for my order in the lobby I heard the cook cussing up a storm in the back about something (luckily my kids weren't with me). Finally, when I called to speak with the manager a rude guy answered the phone and said he was the manager. I asked him for his name (like I would do anywhere I would call to speak to a manager) and asked 3 times but he would not give it to me? At this point I said I was going to call corporate in which he didn't care. It is people and places like this that are tarnishing our communities. I will not be spending my hard earned money on this place ever again and you shouldn't either. Hopefully corporate will look into what is going on here for you guys/gals sake. "Dirty and always forgets my family meal chicken! They don’t pay attention at night , their fn off. I’ve had my chicken forgotten 2xs in a month ! I spend 50+$ and live 20 min away just to get home to no chicken and than you call and they give you an attitude. Tonight I tried door dash and was hoping I would get the other store but I got this one and knew it would be something but we have no option to change location but I’ll never order door dash or come here and ima tell everyone !"
"Ordered 5 pieces chicken strips. Only got three, oh i guess you could say there were 5 but three were decent other two were crumbled pieces. Very little meat on the two crumbled pieces. I'll be sure to check better before I leave next time, if I go back. Lee's, your employees failed us."
"I got a family size spicy dipper and they are smaller than McDonald chicken nuggets. And when I called the manager refused to give me a credit after I explained that I was not driving 30 minutes for them to “look” at them"
