El Toro Restaurant

"My parents love this restaurant every time I come to visit they like to order here. They have a hard time hearing so I do most of the phone tasks for them. I have ordered several times for them via phone and our order almost ALWAYS come out wrong. Missing food/incorrectly made/ orders missing entirely!! We have some dietary restrictions which require some items to be special made. Any time I order I request our order to be read back. My elderly father wanted to pick up the order. He goes in they don’t let him check his order and send him on his way. He comes home and the order is incorrect and his food is MIA. I call and I’m met with immediate attitude AND no empathy what so ever. We disconnect and I call back, I am told there’s NO manager working at 6P on a Sunday so I ask again and I speak with the manager Ernesto who was more than apologetic and took care of us a second time. This location has a high turn over and it seems no one there unless a manager has ANY type of empathy. And they always place blame on customers. Just know if you call in an order you’ll probably have an issue. Just this location tho all the other locations are 5 stars!!!"

"Great food. The chorizo and cheese sauce on the Pollo Loco was incredible. The chicken wings were meaty and hot. We will return. Our server Jennifer was super efficient and attentive."

"So I went to this place to eat I kid you not there was two big tables. One of the big tables was getting ready to leave and Pay there was four of the boots with people. I waited there for almost 40 minutes before I was even acknowledged after I was acknowledged, I waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes, I was only one person they sent me way in the back in a booth off to the right after that they had a big family right next to me extremely loud and I mean extremely loud. You could hear them over the music they had played in the background they got the big family got their drinks before I got my one drink which is a Dr Pepper, I ordered the Texas fajita plate and there was probably like three strips of chicken fajita and the rest was"

"This is an excellent restaurant. Stopped for dinner and had the fajita burrito. It was absolutely delicious and the service was spot on."
