"Visiting the area for a gathering of friends and ordered a number of unique pizzas. The owners were extremely helpful and offered to take care of these unique orders and went above and beyond normal customer service. The friendly service and offering to create pizza for a special diet you rarely see in today’s pizza shops. I found the pizza to be delicious and prepared with a level quality and care! Definitely will return!!"

"I made a phone call to Fox’s to make an order, I had never eaten here before. A nice young man by the name of Glenn answered the phone to assist me. He gave me great recommendations of what I should get and what some of the fan favorites are! He also helped me with directions to finding the Fox Pizza location with ease! Upon arrival, Glenn was there to do a quality check on my food and make sure everything was perfect! This surpassed my expectations as far as quality, taste and presentation went! This is my new favorite pizza parlor and I will be back! THANK YOU GLENN! For an unforgettable lunch experience!"

"We had tried Fox's when they were new to the area and the food was good but delivery was pretty rough. When we heard there was new management we tried again... this is what happened: We placed our order online at 7:02 pm and got the confirmation email saying 40 minutes for delivery. At 8 pm we called to check and they said the order *just* came in and would be another 20 minutes. At 8:30 we called again and they said the order just came out and would be to us soon. We asked if they even know who was calling or what our order was and they did not. We confirmed our order and they said yes, someone would be out with it ASAP. At 8:55 we called again because they would be closing soon and we still had no food. We were told that two people's online orders had been delayed and that someone was out delivering them at that moment. We did finally get our food at just a little after 9 pm (two hours after our original order; one hour after it supposedly came through at the restaurant) but they had our address wrong so they couldn't find us right away. The food that supposedly had "just come out" and was brought to us "right away" was cold and congealed. The wings were mushy from having sat in their box and steamed themselves soft. Just a real 0/10 experience. They offered us $10 off our next order but we'll save even more than that by never getting Fox's in Vandalia again."

"I don't like giving 3 stars. However they are not quick and my delivery order was completely wrong. We have ordered from them twice. Delivery and then pickup. We waited 20 mins for the order inside which is fine, but half of that time our order was ready behind the counter and the lady who was working didn't pay attention and left it behind the counter area. She was not rude! They just really need to get in a better groove. Now, having said all that, the food is very good. I will likely have it again. I hope I can add a star to this review soon! As of now it's just okay."
