"Slow rude never busy. Never ask if they can help you. 40 minute wait for one sandwich or more. Two employees most of the time. Drive off customers in drive thru. Employees are usually on their phones and annoyed when you asking for something or order."

"Pulled up in the drive-thru and was told that it would be a 10 minute wait because they had just dropped burgers. Pulled around and the guy working the drive-thru was out in the lot having a smoke break...absolute joke there wasn't anyone else ordering food so unless I just missed the great burger run of 2024, somebody's lying. Oh well, they will be like Vandalia's Burger King soon"

"Wow! Vandalia, Ohio Wendy’s! This is the most horrible so called “fast food” joint I have ever been to. Placed a mobile order because there is never anybody at the register. Went in to pick up my order and I was correct! Was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. 3 of the ladies working there even walked up to the counter and was never even acknowledged. No we will be right with you or can we help you. NO!! Instead the one decided to talk on her cell phone while putting in fries., which she pulled up and they sat there untouched for the 20 minutes we waited. Also, want to note that there was only 1 other couple in the whole building and no line at the drive through. Finally, had to say something ti one of them and she was rude and acted liked I was interrupting her! This place is a joke! Never going back. Also, we have been there several times in the past month and they have been out of ice and every kind of Coke Zero. If you can’t handle waiting on 2 couples, you shouldn’t offer mobile orders or Door Dash. They are not capable of multitasking."

"Terrible terrible service. Girl taking orders had ear buds in and was not listening to what we ordered. Missed items. Then we waited 30+ minutes for our food. My son whose order she didn't hear because of ear buds and not paying attention took another 15-20 min for his meal. No honey for chicken nuggets. Brought wrong drinks out. They were so slow even just walking. Ridiculous. Won't ever go back. We would have left and asked for a refund but I had 2 of my young grandchildren with us. It was not even lunch or dinner time. 2:30 pm."

"I was there earlier at lunchtime and the line to the drive thru was long so I ran inside and ordered little did anyone know that their was only 3 associates and they was doing a heck of a job and getting people's orders out as quickly as they could. Food was still fresh and they was on it! Kudos to those 3!! Thank you Don't hesitate to go. They deserve something extra for what they do."
