"I have been the parent who has sat back for months watching this place take advantage of the minors working. My daughter enjoyed the hours and the paychecks but to think you can get in her face and yell at her because the customer requested extra cheese is absolutely atrocious. I want Julie to know that because she chose to allow a 15 year old to work 7-8 hour shifts with no lunch breaks and more than the allowed 20 hours per week in the great state of Ohio that she either properly apologizes for her actions this evening or I will make sure that this location is turned in for not following minor labor laws."

"The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly!! Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with that so I could give her a personal shout out! Love the fresh ingredients and the way you can personalize any menu item. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly. There seems to be a steady stream of business here when I've stopped in, but I've never had to wait long to get served. Definitely recommend!"

"They have really stepped up their game. My husband and I go to this hot head location usually on Sunday’s (burrito or bowl 2 for $15.99) and always have great service and fresh food. Dylan C is always nice and helpful. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and this is very minor, is because I’ve been during the week and they have been out of ingredients (usually fajitas veggies) and one of the staff isn’t really “friendly”, but other than that they are superb."

"The food is pretty good, but the service sucks. The music is too loud and you can't hear your order and they can't hear you place your order and twice now I've left food on the counter almost fully prepared simply because I couldn't hear the kid to complete the order and he wouldn't speak louder than a whisper. I will avoid this location in the future."
