"I have lived in vandalia for a little over a year now and have ate this taco bell maybe 5 times. Every time has been terrible experience. They always forget food items half the time you get the suace you asked for half the time you don't... the menu items are more expensive here than at tippcity or Miller lane locations. I will not be going back today was the last chance I was willing to give and again as usual menu items were forgot in my drive thru order and we waited at the window for about 8 minutes to get 6 non modified menu items and two drinks... if your in the mood for taco bell I would suggest skipping this Location and driving to miller lane Location or tippcity."
"This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The order is never right and the evening/night customer service is terrible. The food is made poorly. Food is thrown upside down in the bag. Miller lane is probably a better over all place to go. The management definitely needs to be upgraded."
"Went here to get some nice food at 1:40 am today Saturday and received freshly made burritos. It was made perfectly and we got got an extra strawberry twist for being patient and understanding with the cashier employee who wasn’t cashier trained yet did his best to ring-up our order. Despite the stress, they did their job well and we’re very satisfied. Remember to treat others how you wish to be treated."
