"The blue cheese burger was good. The truffle fries were very good. Service was minimal - probably short staffed. Atmosphere was ok. It's a typical bar with lots of TVs, so very echo-y and at times hard to have a conversation. It is in a nice location to explore downtown."

"This Tavern is always great when it comes to food! Especially the truffle fries. My recent visit was no exception. Bacon Blue Cheeseburger was perfectly done 'Medium' as ordered. Fun atmosphere for local college students and "Townies" alike! Service is routinely good, but the bartender this time, never smiled nor attempted to engage customers."

"We were from out of town. A party of 10. They had a generous patio w umbrellas for this perfect day in June. I had their classic burger which was perfect,. Everyone in the party thought their food was great. A very efficient waitress h Who knew her beers, w generous amt on tap. We spent 2.5 hrs on a perfect Day afternoon. Highly recommend. Inside is a good space w a large bar and a full surround of TVs."

"Stopped up to visit my daughters for lunch and we decided to try Left Field Tavern. I got the cajun chicken sandwich with the aioli fires. And one got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. Definitely stop in and try."

"The big pretzel appetizer was excellent — very tasty cheese/beer sauce with it! Good service! I had the chicken salad and spinach wrap which wasn’t much to my taste, while my wife had a cheese steak with pretty tough meat. Enjoyed watching Olympic Rugby on the numerous TVs while eating."
