"Was there yesterday for breakfast and hardly no one there, my food came out cold, they gave me maybe table spoon of hash brown's hard and cold, ask for eggs over med far from it.... waitress was nice, coffee good.....before leaving went to restroom and got sick. Never go there again. I wasn't a Karen but i could have been."

"Went in today got my carry out order the manager Emily took care of my family on this cold winter day we had visited the other day and our bacon was left out so she made it right for us she is super nice and the food was fresh and delicious we even got some fresh baked banana bread give them a try straight to your door or go visit them ask for Emily she will be sure you have a pleasant experience!!"
"We rarely get to order out as a family. I hate complaining about food. My mom worked at a Bob Evans for nearly two decades and I loved visiting her at work as a child. Unfortunately, ordering food online is even more dodgy than sitting down. I ordered a coffee, blueberry pancakes with sausage links and an order of sausage biscuits and gravy. When I walk in a couple minutes early, my food has been sitting for who knows how long (pancakes mushy, links cold, sausage gravy, lukewarm). There were no biscuits with my order. It is no surprise that any of this happened considering the lady at the front counter was sitting on the floor hiding and didn't notice me at first. I called to see if I could get my biscuits and decided to let go of the food quality issue. I was told to hold. I was on hold for 6 minutes and 20 seconds. I call back again and explain that I didn't get the biscuits. Then, their phone has static issues and I finally decide it isn't worth it and hung up. If I want to place a take out order I will go inside and wait next time. I'm either too early or too late every time. Prices have gone up, but service has gone down tremendously."
