"I used true love this place. But this year something has changed and the service has gone downhill. With one manager if you order an online order your order is not started until you check in and you have to wait for your food to be made, although the food is hot and plentiful. But with the other manager she is so skimpy on her food it is absolutely ridiculous that serving old food is okay. I got a couple of chicken ranch burritos the other night, I ate one I got home I opened the other ones to find out that I only had two 1 inch pieces of chicken in them in a couple of crumbs. And the bean burrito the beans were so old they were crunchy. And in the potatoes that I had ordered they were so old there was no meat left on the inside they would just hard and dead."
"Great service. Was very quick and when we got home noticed extra food we had not ordered was in the bag. Loved all the bonus food. Probably sucked for who ever was missing a portion of their food but 10/10 would go back even if they get the order right next time."
"my quesadilla was not good. it was full of bedbugs and grilled lice. when i walked in the employee threw lettuce at me. i’m allergic to lettuce so i wasn’t very happy. they are now playing wap on the speakers and the workers are dancing. they also made me mop the floors. my friends quesadilla wasn’t even cut. her baja blast had radiation in it. she’s possessed and flying in the air. please help!!!!!! im really scared. a man with black teeth chased us around for 17 minutes. also a wizard flew in through the window and cast a spell on me. as i left, he shot me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
"Me and my friends frequent this Taco Bell location often. After visiting one afternoon and ordering three different combos, we returned home to find that 90% of our order was missing. We called back and returned to the store to get the correct items from our order. When we got back home we found hair in multiple items after biting into said food. Not only was the order wrong the first time, we had to return and the food we recieved prior and after containted different types of hair. It is disgusting and the use of hair nets should be used. Hopefully this helps."
