"My daughter will no longer attending the daycare here. Her current teacher as well as other teachers are wonderful, however their new director Jodi is shrewd, lacks empathy and is extremely rude to the staff. I have seen multiple new front desk workers and teachers the turn over rate is outrageous. I’ve met with her on a number occasions about concerns of my child being bit one time and incident reports not being filed correctly she was very belittling. Another incident they were out of ratio and someone had checked my child out of the system “mistakenly” allegedly. I truly feel bad for the teachers and staff who actually care for the children and not some of the ones who have came in behind the new director where proper procedures have not been taken for new hires Do yourself a favor look else where and make sure you do your research on the recent violations of this facility there are at least 6 or more within the past few months."

"Extremely kind, fun, and clean learning environment! Great teaching staff, an awesome director, and fantastic front desk staff! I receive multiple updates throughout the day on their app, as well as lesson plans and pictures!"

"The positive reviews on here are the daycare manager/workers. If you drop your baby off before 7 am, they'll leave them in a car seat in the hall until 7 (not sometimes, that was the every day plan before we left). We also saw babies on multiple occassions asleep somewhere other than their crib (e.g., fell asleep in the high chair unattended or in an exer-saucer). Bottom line, they'll keep your kid alive, but not much else."

"My son is only 3 months, his teachers were lovely sweethearts, they good amazing care of him, but I've seen one of the directors (I believe) Lynn being mean to a child, my mother witnessed her being mean as well, pushing a little girl up a flight of stairs because she wasn't walking fast enough. She also has an attitude problem when speaking with clients, she's snippy, arrogant and acts like clients have no idea what they're talking about. If they cut ties with her, I'd leave a higher rating, but until then, 3 stars is the best I can leave. She made the entire experience of needing financial support from vouchers seem like I was a terrible person, so I don't feel comfortable at this daycare because of the way she decided to treat my case. And knowing how she talked to my mom and pushes kids, I don't wanna know how poorly she talks to the other staff or the older children."
