"The waiting time for any transaction is unacceptably long. I understand that they cannot hire people and they are short staffed, but the service nonetheless is poor. The staff is not even apologetic for the long wait time as if it is not their problem. If my insurance did not mandate Walgreens, I would never be here ."

"I would give them 0 stars if possible. This pharmacy's overall rating is inflated because it would receive almost exclusively 0 star ratings if that were possible and overall it would be 0 point something. This is the worst managed pharmacy in Miami, in Florida, in the US and probably the world. I've now tried to pick up my prescription five times in 4 days and it's still not ready. First day the system was down, next day the prescription was $500 instead of $40 generic version ordered and the generic was out of stock, then I was told to return when a new delivery would come in 2 days later. It didn't come in that day but rather I was told it would be in the next day, in the afternoon. It wasn't when I went back the next day at 4:30pm. I was then told to return in an hour. I now understand why people go nuts and yell at these people and run through stores just knocking everything off of the shelves in an insane (but somewhat justified) rage. I'd rather go to the DMV. YES, THE DMV. Update: I returned to this Walgreens pharmacy and it was all of a sudden back to $500 for my $40 medication—and they didn't even have the correct dosing. I then called up another Walgreens and they had the correct medication and dosage in stock. I drove over there in 10 minutes and had the proper medication in my hands for $40 in less than 5 minutes. And they had half the number of people working there. TL;DR: Go elsewhere to fill your prescriptions. Literally anywhere else."

"If you want your prescription refilled within a reasonable time, do not use this pharmacy. My periodontist sent a prescription 1 WEEK ago only to find out it was not ready! While I understand the entire nation is short-staffed, this goes far beyond unacceptable. Thankfully this prescription wasn’t “urgent” because I can’t imagine how they would handle customers prescriptions that are very time sensitive."
