"Unprofessional, rude, require a re-train of all staff in the pharmacy. Went in for a called in prescription from Publix 24 hours after it was called in (I was beside the pharma when she call it in). CVS said they did not have it and it was never called in after giving my husband's name, dob as well as the number to Publix. Went next door to Publix and asked the same pharma to call again-she did and they did have it-excuse used, they thought the med was for me?? How I do not know as I never gave them any information other than my husband's. THEN I asked the pharma at CVS to help me with another item sold and she said, \"can't you just read the directions yourself\"? And yes, the tone was real...NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE CVS IN THE HAMMOCKS! Shame. on you all."

"People looking to get the vaccine don't do it at CVS. They don't know what there doing and your waiting in line for hours. People in front of me not ready and everyone else waiting gets screwed. Worst place to get ur vaccine."

"This place is unbelievable. I called to refill my prescription and sat on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and my call was immediately taken. Unfortunately, the woman answering the phone was unable to understand what I was asking for. She placed me on hold without so much as a word of warning that she was doing so. Anther staff member answers the phone and asks me the same questions over again (name, date of birth, etc.) so I answer again and she too places me on hold. Would you believe it if I told you I'm still sitting on hold right now? I'm holding as I write this review!!! Terrible costumer service."
