"Regularly, I wait for half an hour to an hour on hold and repeatedly they just hang up. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I have experienced repeated gaps in my medical care that affect my job and personal life because they simply do not care or pay attention here. They have in the past told me they were refilling something and when I asked days later it was never actually set up to be refilled. My doctor will call something in weeks in advance because they are so often late, and they still will not have ordered my medications by the time I need them. It's exhausting to have to try and get them to do their jobs, when they don't even answer the phone. I am a patient here but I wouldn't say I'm receiving "care"."

"I pick up prescriptions on a monthly basis for my 3 children. I definately have to mention Alex who usually is at the drive through window. His customer service is 1000% if you could clone him it would be a blessing. In my experience it is very hard to have excellent customer service anywhere you go but in addition to that he is very knowleddeable and willing to answer and assist with any questions or concerns we may have and always with a smile. We called the CVS and they said it would be ready in one hour. We show up, they have no trail of the prescription and ‘think it might be at Walgreens.’ It is a CLOWN COLLEGE."
