"I'm generally pleased with their pharmacy, but it's very annoying when they shut down the whole pharmacy for lunch. Certainly they all need to eat, but why not stagger the lunch breaks so the whole pharmacy doesn't have to close. I made a special trip to get a prescription and then had to wait an extra half hour until they reopened."

"I had the worst experience. Not only was the manager rude and unhelpful. Her tone is very unpleasant. It’s not the first time I have seen her be nasty .this time it was towards me Jorden or however you spell her name is a monster . She should not be in customer service. No manners, no class . "Update: Yesterday, the pharmacist Jose at Navarro was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me with my Moms medication which turned out to be OTC, she also had a antibiotic that was supposed to be delivered but there was a misunderstanding between the delivery person and my mom. He took the medication back to the store and Jose had them redeliver the medication she needed. Thank you Jose, for all your help. It’s truly appreciated. July 9th… Disgusting customer service with the pharmacy by phone. I waited 16 minutes for them to pick up and hang up on me! I was calling to make sure that a medication that was supposed to be delivered to my Mom was still being delivered. I wish I could give them zero stars. The day before I called and was hung up on 3 times!!!! RIDICULOUS! I will be reaching out to their headquarters to add a former complaint!!!"

"Got one of the best service in town from a lady. They had a 2 for 1 parfume offer and there were 4 of us trying different ones. Her patience and service was unbelievable. I did not go around the store to check for other deals but there were signs everywhere about them. Make sure yo go to this store! No pics, sorry"
