"Daniel and Farhid were excellent! They spent five hours today helping us. Our accounts were locked and we could not upgrade our phones. They helped unlock our accounts, upgrade our phones, and explained to us that switching phone plans would be better for our situation. It was a mess and they were very patient and took the time explaining everything to us. They were super helpful!"

"Horrible Customer Service and Management. Unwilling to help with a simple task. Would only respond with saying I will have problems, but would not explain what the problems are. I realized the problems were the staff. Stay away from this store. I went to another location with competent employees and management who were willing to help. No problems."

"Current military member serving overseas. Came back home for Christmas and had an issue with my SIM card. Been a customer for three years. This store was only interested in selling. Had a problem and told to go to a corporate store, with zero attempt at fixing my problem. Went to another non corporate store down the road to n commerce pkway where the manager there spent 2 hours helping me with my issue. Don’t give your business to this one go .25 miles down the road and get better service."

"I inadvertently reviewed the incorrect store. The store at 4444 weston road is the correct store for this review. We went to this store and had the pleasure of being cheerfully and thoroughly helped by Cody. He was a smiling encyclopedia of helpfulness and assisted us in choosing a new phone. The store was impeccable also. Hopefully his supervisors will do what ever they can to retain and promote Cody as he is by far the best that we have encountered in several years with a big family plan with AT&T."
