"Amazing help even when they where about to close. We needed a whole lot of heavy duty stuff to put on our truck and Jose was one of the nicest employees I’ve ever seen. He was very kind and humble. We tried to give him tip, but instead he said that it was alright and wished us a great, beautiful weekend. He was very understanding and helpful and so was every other employee."
"There hasn’t been a time that I’ve gone to this big box hardware store that I’ve been disappointed. I rushed over with lightbulb in hand because the light went out in my bathroom. Given that the bulb is a bit different—with two small prongs which I later learned is called a bi-pin, I knew I’d need some expert help. After strolling down the aisles, I realized they didn’t have the bulb I needed! So I went on the hunt and found Carlos, who then consulted with Paul when we couldn’t decide the best course of action (Yes, for a light bulb replacement!). After much deliberation with the guys, we agreed that the best possible solution, for me, was to get an adapter so I could just screw in a standard light bulb. The best part was that it was very affordable and I have two choices going forward. Despite this location not having a lot of crew members, when you find one (or two), you can bet your bottom dollar they will jump in and make it worth your trip there! As I was leaving the store, I noticed there’s a question on the bottom of my receipt: “Did we nail it?” Yes; Carlos and Paul nailed it!"
