"Customer service is awful at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the location down the street at 2300 S University Dr Davie, FL 33324 where they actually know how to treat customers. I was there yesterday and everyone was helpful and friendly. Night and day to this store. They just act like they don’t see you. Tried asking a woman that works here if there was anyone that could help us with a plumbing question and as she continued to walk past us she mumbled “ I don’t know, I don’t work in that section.” Never even looked back or offered to help us find the person that could help us."

"Not a fan of Home Depot but if the hire more employees like Jean people would shop there more . He knew what is asking for help figure out a better way to fix my plumbing issues . Got all the parts and pieces I need . The best experience I had with a Home Depot associate. You know the common phrase in Home Depot sorry not my department. "I rented a Home Depot truck from this location on Sunday. The vehicle has not been serviced prior to my reservation online. I normally rent from other HD locations and never had any service issues until now. The vehicle had not been serviced since 84,400 miles and was released to my possession at 85246 miles. Under the terms of section 4c: Home Depot is responsible for all maintenance or repairs to be performed. I called to get assistance and the attendant Pablo was rude and doesn't know how to handle customer support. I had to call the store and spoke to Gilbert the manager that was a bit more helpful but the results of the matter was outside of his assigned duties of the store. Regardless of the matter I am stuck 400 miles away from the original store and 180 miles away from my destination with the load and have to result to my own means to complete my contract. Gilbert did his best but I have to get home."
