"I have been using A1 appliance for quite a few years for myself and all my clients. After todays visit, never again. The customer service and quality of their technicians has gone drastically downhill. The tech that arrived said that the refrigerator which was running but not cooling enough had a bad compressor and a repair or compressor replacement was not worth it but it all seemed beyond his scope and advised me to call another service tech from a different company that he knew who repaired refrigerators as he could quote me a price to repair the fridge. This guy just wanted his $75 service call so that he could leave. Well I called the other tech who spoke with the initial service tech and he stated that the A1 service tech mis-diagnosed the problem, it was not a bad compressor it was an small leak in the evaporator coil. I could go on but its not necessary. This tech clearly didn't know what he was doing and A1 office doesnt have the courtesy of returning my call to inform them. A1 you have lost my business and all of my clients business."
