"Deshawn dashonda whatever her name is .. supposedly a supervisor. She was extremely rude in her attitude towards my wife. I sincerely hope you fire this cancer in your store. It isn’t what she said as much as how she was treating my wife, a customer. An associate had to tell her she was in the wrong. My wife was simply trying to use a little bit of store credit. Yes we understand usually the persons name on the card is who you want in store, but this was not a store credit card it was a gift card for items returned. My name happened to be on it (same last name) a little common sense goes a long way. Instead of solving or helping she just gave my wife attitude in front of my kids. I hope as hell this review gets to a general manager who will send her packing somewhere else. She’s better suited for Walmart with that attitude. How does she treat everyone else. The fact my wife got home and told me she was given the hardest time by this lady and it wasn’t like, I’m so sorry let me help find some solutions.. it was extremely rude. Get rid of her. I will never ever go to this store again. Ever!!!! I will seek other stores with friendly people or go to alternative stores."

"Customer service yesterday was fantastic! Honestly the best we have had at any Home Depot in a long time. We typically shop at a different store that is closer to our house but this location ended up having everything we needed in one stop. Carlos helped me get a bathroom vanity down, he was super helpful and very friendly. And Arnold in the paint department was extremely helpful with all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable as to what paint we needed for each project we were working on. It's truly the little things that go a long way these days, something as simple as both being so friendly, willing to help us and answer our questions, and just smiling goes a really long way in our book."

"I went to home depot to look for the viral Christmas tree. While looking for the tree Danitza approached us and asked us if we needed any help and we told her that we were looking for the T27 tree. She went above and beyond to find if this store had any in stock, called multiple stores to see if they had the matching inventory count. She was able to place one on hold for us at a different store. She really took her time with us and was the one that offered to call multiple stores to see if any had the tree available. We were able to get this sold out everywhere tree at a different store thanks to her."

"This store is incredible. Stocked well. Items you can’t find in any other Home Depot. I find the most beautiful snow globe. A gingerbread house. The house lights up and stirs the glitter like it is snowing. The customer service is awesome. Because the price on the scan came up at a penny, the manager gave me the globe for free. He said Happy Holidays. It’s beautiful. The globe could be in a high end store. I Home Depot carries unique ornaments and toys once once a year at Christmas. I have seen similar globes like this at other stores for triple the prices. Great store and a great manager."
