"This is the 4th bin store I've been to East of the Mississippi. It is also the most expensive starting at $12. The other 3 I've been to range their starting price off $7-$8. This hot bins ends at $2 while the others end at .50 and fill a big for $20. Sooooo it's definitely more expensive. Makes you think through every purchase vs impulse buy."

"This is a unique shopping experience. Others have detailed the process and prices so I don’t feel like that is necessary in my review. Most of the items are packaged so you don’t necessarily know what is in the package. The key is that you have to bring them to a register to have them opened (don’t just open the package yourself at the bin). A helpful hint: even if the package is intact and you know what’s in it, go have it opened anyway. I bought a coffee French Press and when I got home, I found out that the bottom of it was smashed and broken. All purchases are final. Hence the 4 stars."

"Found this open box there and got it for $8.00. Even less than advertised, plus it works on wither dash, window or air vent with all parts and unused sticky parts included. Been looking for a decent one and who would have thought I'd find it in a Hotbin store, especially going on a whim..."

"Awesome place to find good deals. Make sure you have time when you come here and make sure to open all boxes even the ones that looked sealed to make sure the correct item is in the box and not broken or missing."

"It's definitely worth stopping. They're open every day but Thursdays 9:00am-7:00pm. Every day is a different Monday - $6, Tuesday - $4, Wednesday - $2, Friday - $12, Saturday - $10, Sunday - $8. They ask that you don't open the boxes and packages instead of taking the items to the back of the store for staff to open so you can see what's inside. Most packaging doesn't have item information on them, and most UPC's aren't recognized...so that's frustrating. I hope they find a better way to allow people to see what's in the packages...I'm sure we would bought a lot more but who wants to wait in line to have someone open the packaging everytime you find something. We found a few good deals and a couple that were pretty close to what we would've paid online, but overall, it's a neat concept they just need to tweak a few things. If you want to try to scan items, click on the lens in the seach bar, then align your phone camera with the UPC on the packages."
