"Went with my niece to look at pens after our trip to an amusement park. The pen display cabinet had stuff all over it so I couldn’t really see the pens. There was an employee standing right there who didn’t make any effort to move the trays off the counter so I could see the pens. I ended up asking for highlighter refills and then leaving. My niece pointed out that the rep didn’t want to give me a bag and gave an attitude about giving me a bag for the refills saying “I guess I’ll get you a small bag.” I’m really disappointed in the rude employees working there. If you are so snobby then why are you literally working in a pen store at a mall? Shouldn’t you either be independently wealthy and not need to work or else working a high profile job paying over $200k per year? I will make purchases online rather than go in here again. I do love the pens."

"I went for the fountain pens. It is rare to find a fountain pen shop near me. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to hold a 146 and 149 to feel the difference, and I am definitely a 149 person. And with my birthday coming up, I left with a lovely 149 Calligraphy Curved Nib pen."
