"On this account I review buisinesses and places I visit with my service dog in training, Barbie. We visited today. They’re short staffed and when they have things like the ear piercing you may be waiting a little bit. I understand though. It had a good variety, my dog was accomadated for and they had cute stuff for our kiddo especially."

"Very disappointed at this location....we where waiting for a piercing for about 10 minutes (we arrived around 7:20) there was a little girl in the chair so I was being courteous waiting patiently for my daughter turn and did not want to interrupt the lady while she was piercing her ears ....the lady at the register never acknowledged that I was even in there she seem to be in a mood I understand everyone has there days but she was locking up the doors 20 minutes before the store closed ( store closes at 8:00 it was 7:40 )she was locking up to then turn and look at us after we’ve been waiting to say that the last piercing is at 7:30.If she would have acknowledged us when we walked in or at least put her head up to greet us she would have seen us there to at least let us know before we stood there to wait (like why else would I be standing there in a line)She wasn’t even apologetic I was trying to tell her I was waiting but did not want to interrupt while the other worker was doing a piercing she pretended she didn’t here me and kept doing what ever it was she was doing. Very rude and completely un Professional."
