"The setup was different. It's somewhat compact for a Walmart, but overall a good layout. Wasn't junky and had plenty of parking. I was in and out."

"If you purchase any appliances this Walmart check what's inside the box at the store to make sure it's the right product. My mother went to the store and bought an air fryer. When she came home and we opened the box, it was the wrong product. She went to customer service for a refund and they denied her and accused her of swapping out the air fryer even though it's possible someone returned it and they didn't check OR it was one of their employees. She left the product with them, cause who wants a used air fryer when you purchased a new one, went to a different Walmart off 436 and purchased a new one. This time the right product was in there so it's not like Walmart is out on money. I went to try to reason with them, and as nice as I spoke to them the short lady had an attitude with me "well she accused our employees" like you would too if you were in her position, it could've been anyone. Even though I felt like they already made up their minds and wouldn't relent, they did an "investigation" to check the security footage and the management still won't refund her even though nothing was found. So check your purchases before you leave that store to make sure it's right because customer service sure ain't doing it for you. Or shop somewhere else."

"Worst Walmart shopping experience of my life. I asked an associate name Audrey who is a “digital coach” for some assistance with an health item that was locked and was given extreme aggressive response. She lied about a register being closed when I just saw a customer serviced before me. She told me that I couldn’t be serviced by her in the health department because I had 3 additional items. She made hand gestures to get rid of me as if I was bothering her when she already wasn’t doing anything. Her tone and demeanor is very scary and intimidating to customers who need assistance. I’m not sure why management let her get that far. She needs the coaching on her emotions"

"I had a really bad experience with customer service. I went to return a computer mouse and this Indian lady who told me he was the manager refused to take the return because she said it was a missing part (the connector) She as a manager didn't know that it comes inside in the mouse, also she said package didn't match the same #, I went back to electronics, and I was told they never match it ,so I went back with her and explained that they already opened another and doesn't match but with a lot of bad attitude she said I'm the manager and won't take it."
