"This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. The worst store I have ever been in. I am on vacation and just returned from spending the day at the parks when my family and I decided to have dinner in Disney Springs. I still had my comfortable clothing on... basically gym clothes. I needed a belt bag to use in the parks and decided to go in the Coach store. Since most of my bags are Coach, I wanted a belt bag to add to my collection. As I entered the store, I saw several employees dressed in black standing around. The store was clean with purses and accessories well displayed. There were a few other customers in the store but not what I consider busy. I asked the first salesperson whether they had belt bags, and she looked at me strangely and said yes. I asked her where in the store were they located. She walked a few steps and pointed to a counter where the bags were displayed. No assistance....just pointed and walked away. I thought it was odd that she didn't seem the least bit interested in showing me the bags. Not the experience I was used to from other Coach stores. Regardless, I picked out the bag I liked and proceeded to the cash register. I must have stood at the register for 20 minutes or so. Not one salesperson acknowledged that I was ready to check out. In fact the store manager happened to glance over and not once did he ask whether I needed assistance. I dont mind waiting if the store was busy, but the fact that staff is just standing around is just bad customer service. What really made it worse was a salesperson finally came to the register, but rang out someone else and totally ignored me. I was livid and decided that I was not giving this store any of my money and left. I will be writing to Coach to let them know of my experience. Every single one of those associates, including store manager need to be retrained on customer service. I also think I was discriminated against because of how I was dressed; however this is Disney and you have to expect people will be dressed comfortably."
"My first impression was bad ! I went in just to take a look at a fanny pack the lady was just standing there very rude and just looked at me like what .They literally totally ignored me, didn’t even say are you looking for something. I feel like I was discriminated against which is not fair. I was waiting for 30 mins to check out and they took someone before me and didn’t even Acknowledge me at all . They didn’t want my money at all !"
"Jesús and Olivia are SO sweet! After multiple visits they remember you no matter how long it’s been! As an Orlando resident, this is my favorite stop in Disney springs :) very helpful and friendly staff."
"One day I was looking around the Coach Disney Springs store when an associate touched my braided hair without asking. She also asked if it was real and said she liked it. This made me really uncomfortable so I hurried out. I visited the store again a couple days later. I introduced myself to another associate and told her I was interested in buying a couple of tags if she had time. She said, “We usually sell tags with the purchase of a leather good. I don’t know if we can accommodate that right now,” and walked away."
"I was a big fan of the coach brand until this weekend. I have several products, such as sneakers, bags, t-shirts, belts, even cell phone covers. My worst experience was last year when I was extremely poorly attended at the store when I mentioned that my bag was peeling on the inside and the Westpalm Outlet manager treated me very badly saying that it was just a detail and said that she wasn't going to do anything until that I enter my receipt and even then They would not exchange the product with less than 2 months of use. In the end, I sent an email to Coach and it was resolved, but yesterday I went into the Disney springs store because after a while I had bought more products like t-shirts and a cell phone case. An extremely rude saleswoman at the door didn't even wait for me to finish talking about the defect in my cell phone cover and said she wasn't going exchange it. and on the product box says lifetime warranty. And also, she said that outlet and normal store products are not the same and that's why I paid less. Ridiculous! I didn't even mention where I bought it. Anyway, I will never buy any product again. poor quality, horrible service and sellers extremely unprepared for the public."
