"last month I took my daughter to get her nose pierced at this location. we spent some time looking around & speaking to the owner who which also did her piercings since she did both sides. we spoke about a simple cover up tattoo that I got done by a cousin & needed to look better than that. He claimed it wasn't a hard thing to do & quoted us $80 for each since my other daughter & myself wanted to get matching ones as well. being that I myself live down in West Palm Beach we waited til the next road trip to come back to this location to get our tattoos done. Saturday we drove to the location, picked up the form for consent of a minor, went to ups paid $10 to notorize it & when we returned to start the tattoo, I wanted to verify I would be charged what I was quoted the month before. he said, I didn't say that. I pulled out the card he signed & quoted & he still proceeded to say he never gave me that price. he even said something about there being a difference between a cover up & a tattoo like I'm illiterate or something. I mentioned that it wasn't a big deal that I still wanted her to get the tattoo but he started to get mad when I mentioned that "technically that's false advertisement" which he then said "well we just won't do it" which is perfectly understandable but the principle here is this man who owns this shop decided to take out his bad day with a paying customer who returned to this location because I was given a quote & thought he had better business etiquette. he potentially lost over $500 since we just went down the street to Homesick Tattoo who had much better customer service."

"The people that work there are nice but I got my belly button pierced and turns out they pierced it too shallow. I got scarring because of that and now I have to live with it. I don’t really understand how you can be licensed and improperly do a piercing (it’s not as uncommon as you’d think) I went a while back to get my ears pierced and I was hoping to have the same man do my navel but that wasn’t the case. Maybe I should have requested the man I’ve seen before. Please do as much research as possible and maybe don’t go here for anything other than your ears."

"This place is amazing. Every artist here takes the time to make each tattoo perfect for the person. All the artists are very skilled and talented. I have gotten 4 tattoos here, 3 of them by Josh, and I do not regret anything. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work you get. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Definitely go to this place if you need a tattoo shop."
