"I recently purchased a dryer from IMAC & Appliances Corp for $350. However, upon delivery and turning it on, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke and loud noises coming from the machine. Concerned about the potential safety hazards, I promptly requested the delivery person to take it back. To my surprise, they refused to do so. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with their customer service, I decided to contact the owner, Ismael Mantilla Lopez, to address the issue. However, even he refused to speak with me and address my concerns. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with IMAC & Appliances Corp. Not only did I receive a faulty product, but the company's refusal to take responsibility and rectify the situation reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company, as their after-sales service is severely lacking."

"I do not recommend this second-hand appliance store, I bought 1 piece of equipment from them and in less than two months it was damaged, they came and took it, they left me a replacement piece of equipment to resolve my needs and supposedly they solved the damage and within two weeks it was damaged again, I called them again for the second time, the assistant gave me the technician to explain how I could solve the problem, obviously I am not an appliance technician, I called again and two days later the technician, solved that problem, for the 3rd time the equipment was damaged again when I called on Wednesday, they were very busy with work and they came on Saturday to take the same one but this time without a replacement so that I could resolve my situation, the answer I received What the store assistant says is that they do not have equipment to help me and without any consideration, I ask her that how can it be possible that they do not have replacement equipment to be able to cover the needs of customers when equipment is damaged since they are 3 times I am presenting problems with the same equipment, his response was… I am not the one who damaged the equipment! Literally... he told me that I break them, so they are not technical problems! I will never buy equipment from this store again and of all the people I know I will give you that advice. At this moment I am left unable to resolve my needs for several days or a week due to equipment in poor condition that they sold me until they can fix the one I bought from them for the 3rd time."
