"We ordered a refrigeration unit for our walk in beer cooler at our liquor store. I was a little hesitant considering a few of the reviews. However, they were the only ones that could deliver in a timely manner due to part shortages. I am happy to say it was delivered as promised and works like a charm. It is keeping our cooler at a nice and cold 37 degrees. Very happy with the unit."

"Not at all happy with this company. Ordered a walkin in freezer door. Told it would take 4 weeks. Three months later it finally arrived. No Instructions. The door was undersized to the frame. So the door didn't seal right. Instead of sending it back I was able to modify it to make it work. Terrible customer service. Was lied to over and over again when the door was going to arrive. Do not do business with this company."

"Terrible experience. Purchased a walk-in cooler / freezer box that was a custom size. I was told 6 weeks; I called at 6 weeks to be told it was delayed over and over. The box finally shipped and arrived amidst tons and tons of styrofoam. The insulation was not closed cell but just basic styrofoam wedged between two pieces of aluminum with open ends and no gaskets. No instructions were included. I called and was given basic instructions on the phone. Only 2 of the panels actually fit together snuggly. The rest had 1/4" gaps between them and many didnt line up. The box looked like it had been cut out with a jigsaw. The ceiling wasnt structural and one of our workers almost fell through the ceiling. The walk-in doors didn't even fit in the frames and the freezer door didn't have a heater. Really shotty construction. Had to rebuild half the box by hand and build a new ceiling. Also sent the wrong refrigeration unit. May be a good company to buy components from but stay away from custom sized boxes!"
