I bought a Van Cleef bracelet, 2 days later it broken, lucky me I was at home and seen it falling, went to the store and they said it never happened it was the first time a jewelry broken, it's funny because I am reading a lot people complaining about the quality and broken products. They offer repair the product but I had no confidence anymore in this piece I replaced it for another bracelet and asked a discount but they gave me a small discount. I am totally frustrating and have paid more on another bracelet to replace this one. At this point I will to another jewelry because I don't even think this is a real gold."
