"The worst customer service in a store I have ever received. Impossible not to get upset if you have to change something despite having the receipt and the item was bought the week before, unused and with the same packaging. I felt that I was not in the United States. Many employees and none of them know how to make changes, at least the ones that I met in two occasions that I have had the need to go to this PANDORA store IN THE WESTLAND MALL, HIALEAH, FLORIDA. Having to change in 2 occasions for the amount of articles that I have bought in Pandora for years is nothing but the worst experiences have been there. They do not have the slightest idea of respect for the client and the service. Despite the fact that I paid for the item, and paid the change difference, they did not pack the gift for me. What is happening? Pandora administration must be worried because they are going to lose a lot of customers."
