THE WORST THING ABOUT MIAMI LAKES / HIALEAH The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life, my boyfriend came here to fix a handle and a chain, to begin with, on the day of pick up when I arrived, they had not done everything since they did not cut the chain, the lady supposedly The owner of the jewelry store simply told me that the jeweler "forgot" 3 days before Christmas... well we returned home already upset but what can be done, when I get home I realize what a horrible job they had done. I put it on the handle, I take it back to where it is, the lady tells me once again that the jeweler forgot to polish it, a 50 gram handle, not a regular handle and to all this the lady told me that if I thought it would never It was going to become clear in life that this was not something from the other world, in the end after "fixing it" they did another terrible job. This review would not be here if this lady and her daughter who is undesirable also with a terrible attitude would not have been so rude, rude and advantageous."
