"DO NOT GET A YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE i got my 3 ones here and had to get one of them surgically removed in the ER with local anesthesia and i have multiple piercings NOT DONE HERE and have never had a problem"

"I went in for a piercing yesterday, it was Ana who did it I got a helix and a second earring in my right ear. The care she gave was the best she disinfected everything and made sure everything was clean. She marked where she would put the piercing and she always asked if I was ok. Would definitely recommend!!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I just went to the store to buy my bridesmaids their earrings and the two ladies in the store were super Rude! I went on 10/18/19 and the two closing employees were kicking us out of the store for getting there 15 minutes before closing. I was going to purchase 6 pair of earrings for my bridal party. I know the mall closes at 9 but it’s not for them to come up to me and tell me “are you going to purchase? Because if you’re not you need to leave” I asked for the managers information and she told me there was no manager and no way in contact with her. I don’t know who can run a company like this and these ladies need a good training on how to deal with customers!!"
