"Don't bother calling if you followed the manufacturer's instructions to empty the trap because they will tell you since you opened it - we literally followed the instructions - they won't bother looking at it. Literally zero customer service. I have a wonderful set that they will not replace the pump on even though I literally followed the manufacturer's instructions. They said they do not know what we did to it. Very disappointed that they were so rude about it. - And in response to your response, you acted like I was wrong about the name, which I went and looked at and its a Maxima X, and followed Maytag's suggestions on videos and literally did the same thing. Look it up. We did not mess with wiring or anything but you wouldn't even listen. Condescendingly telling me I am wrong about my model and not listening to my explanation - just shutting me down - is rude."

Joe was our installer/delivery specialist that took very good care of us. He was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond with information, review of each unit. Very good at what he does. "Absolutely useless. I paid $79 for a kid to come tell my wife the washer needed a whole new lid and a lid lock.. when the code error the washer was displaying was faulty lid lock… the lid was cracked yes but had no factor in the activation of the lock and still operates fine! I just needed the lock replaced! it was going to cost $400-$500 dollars for all of their nonsense. Found lid lock for $30 on Amazon and washer works fine now. The kid talked about canceling his next appointment because he just didn’t feel like dealing with it… in front of my wife who is a paying customer…. Do better action appliance! Hire repair professionals who care and don’t over charge because they don’t feel like “dealing with it”"
