"I live in Michigan and contacted Suncoast, by phone, to send a surprise to my family who were in the local area to them for Spring Break. I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady on the phone and she helped me make my decision. I went with the Premium Junk Food Basket, gift basket. I was able to make a few requests which they were more than willing to fill and make sure the items were in there. The basket came out wonderful and it was delivered with no issues. I cannot speak as far as flowers , but I would definitely recommend this florist for their gift baskets and wonderful customer service!!!"

"The flowers were nice but the woman with the short hair and glasses that helped me was not accommodating or friendly. I asked for three dozen roses she pointed to a bucket on the floor that had a few bouquets of roses. I asked if I buy three bouquets (three dozen) can she put them together and wrap them nicely and her reply was not really it will take a very long time … I was shocked with her response to the point of contemplating on walking out . I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but there was no line I was the only customer there at the moment , I can’t understand how wrapping 3 bouquets together and tying with a ribbon would be so time consuming. I’ve purchased flowers here multiple times over the past two years and always felt satisfied with the quality of their flowers and customer service , I will absolutely think twice about purchasing here again ."

"I had an incredible experience with Suncoast Florist. At the beginning I was planning a wedding out of state and Jeff helped answer all of my questions. Then we had the opportunity to move to Florida and I'd show up to the store with my centerpieces for advice and I kept adding on items to my original order. Not only were they beautiful, but the prices can't be beat! I had 5 different quotes from florist in the area and Suncoast was the most cost effective, and they had the best customer service from the beginning to the end! So many compliments on my flowers and it helped make my special day even more special!"
