"In general we like win Dixie because it’s close to home. However, if you have the Humana Healthy Food Card you can’t buy things that at Walmart you can buy with no problem. You can buy Tide, batteries. Paper products, filters for the home and a whole bunch of other things but not trail mix at Win Dixie. So we won’t be going back. Very frustrating and embarrassing. I don’t care for Walmart but when I have access to 250.00 on my Humana card I would like to utilize it."

"Store clean, employees friendly BUT for some reason they can't seem to have their brand of diet root beer in stock even when they have it on sale. All their other store brand sodas are well stocked but I like the root beer."

"After trying several different chains and even several branches of Winn Dixie, we have decided that this is the store we will use on our weekly basis. Friendly staff stores usually fully stocked and general overall clean appearance. Even though it's a little further away from the closest branch. This is my weekly store."

"Always a pleasant experience at both Winn-Dixie locations in Sarasota, especially over recent years, both stores show improvement in cleanliness and service. Although it's difficult to find good employees these days, it seems that both store's managers are able to hire good workers who enjoy their jobs and are attentive to customer questions. Same for products, over recent years, due to pandemic and gas prices, it was difficult getting all things into Florida. I was able to get my everyday or weekly items at these stores. Both locations are conveniently located in Sarasota and parking is never an issue. The BOGO and sale items are great helping family budget. I was surprised when taking time to shop for other, non-food items, and find a variety of things other stores don't carry. The pharmacy also has great prices in comparison to other's. Professional service and convenient in use of time."
