"I had to have a certain color properly tied polo for my son, it was sold out everywhere!! I finally hunted it down, there was a small flaw once it arrived (I must add fast shipping) I emailed and got a quick response. The owner has personally exchanged the shirt and mailed out another (during a hurricane!!) to make it right! This was my first experience and they went above and beyond to make sure the item was perfect. Thank you so much to the owner and staff for everything they do!! Stay safe in Florida!!"

"I came in here with the hopes of finding my friend something for her baby girl that is due any day now and I absolutely could not bring myself to spend ANY money here. Your store is beautiful, you have an amazing selection of baby items (especially posh) but your employees seems miserable especially the one working in the front today. The customer service is terrible, the “welcome in” sounds forced and again miserable, she was constantly mumbling underneath her breath complaining, you could definitely see she was miserable and it seemed like she did not enjoy her job at all. As someone who works in retail I would be mortified if this was how my employees were acting especially around potential customers. This very well could have been an off day for her but it’s unacceptable to act like that in-front of people."

"This place is absolutely amazing!!! Their outfits are one of a kind. You can’t find these anywhere locally. It’s nice to be able to finally see boutique clothes and be able to touch and feel the clothes before you purchase them. All the clothes are so soft too! Posh wall is out of this world! Best part is the kids area in the back. I can shop while my little munchkin plays. They had Disney music playing too! What a cute touch. Love the calm atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back"

"Stopped in not knowing what to expect. Although warmly greeted, surprisingly it was no pressure atmosphere which I like. Free to roam and browse the nice collection of kids clothing and accessories. There was an area in the back of the store for kids to play while you shop, as well as a changing station. Complimentary coffee for the adults. These were nice touches for a fun relaxed shopping experience. Owner was friendly and prices were fair."
