"I have shopped this store for years. I ordered a sub for pick up. I was there on time to pick up my order. Got home opened the package to eat and the bread was so wet it literally fell apart. I returned to the store, brought the problem to the attention of the Deli manager. I was told she would take care of it right away and bring a new sub to me to wait where I was. 20 minutes later she appeared in the deli area talking to another customer. I walked over and she told me it was almost finished. Another 5 minutes and I finally have my sub. I work in the industry and know that the wait time was absolutely off the wall. I was alarmed at the poor customer service. I not only felt that this wasn't a priority, but, it invaded my time, money and surety that Publix takes care of their customers."
