"Failed to delivery the same day. I had to call several times to find out what happened with my order. Delivery was supposed to arrive before 5pm even I ordered a day ahead of time.. They tried to delivery at 6:15pm My office closes at 5pm. Even they lied to me, they stated flowers were delivered and it wasn’t. . Next day flowers were delivered, after several calls. Flowers were wilted and look old. This arrangement doesn’t look at all as the one I ordered and paid, no roses at all and other kind of flowers were used . Very disappointing and bad experience."
"I ordered online twice for both of my friends restaurant grand opening. Delivery time is perfect and They both love it. The flowers is so fresh and exactly like their online description, even better. Never disappointed with them. Thank you for making it so convenient and I can share the joy with my friends, even I live far away. Highly recommend."
"The original delivery never happened but they sent it the next day after a call to the shop. The lily plant arrived but doesn’t have any lilies. If it’s out of season then don’t sell them year round. First 2 images are what was delivered and 3rd image is from their site."
"I picked up a bouquet today that was fabulous! My brother in California ordered it. The young man who was the person greeting me and also helping walk-in customers was so calm and kind even though the place was very busy. They had a mass of flowers in refrigeration and you could see what they had and go in it."
"They delivered a rotten rose, damaged Alstroemerias (lilies of Peru) and half, or less than half, the amount of roses and lilies my husband ordered for me on Valentine's day. One of the lilies was half eaten by a bug of some kind. Another lily was broken off (it wasn't a fresh break). One of the carnations had brittle brown edges. I called my husband and thanked him for the note and the flowers. Then asked him to send me a picture of what he ordered. Once I saw the picture of what the flowers were supposed to look like, I informed my husband that he was scammed. I'll attach the pictures and what he ordered. You make the judgement. I highly recommend that nobody uses this flower delivery company unless you want rotten, bug eaten, unimpressive, and half the amount ordered flowers."
