"Barbara the bakery manager would be benefit greatly from some coaching on showing empathy to Publix loyal shoppers . A A little leniency when you show up a minute prior to closing and have a conversation with me at the door using up the 30 seconds I needed to be able to get into Publix based out their policy . But for Barbara is was more important to shut me down then try to be kind and understanding of the situation . Truly a poor example of thinking on the fly and identifying to retain Publix reputation of being fair and understanding . Barbara you let us down as blemishes a brand I thought taught their leaders to care and think on their feet ."
"Although Publix prices are always high (not inflation, moreso the Florida supermarket monopoly), food quality at their deli area is always fresh and tasty. Produce is fresh. This particular location does not have self checkout, so if busy lines can get long. Staff is always friendly."
"Good memories here as I shopped here many times. Service overall is good, some better than others as people came and went, but still decent quality throughout. Publix is known for this as they may not always have the cheapest prices like Walmart tries to boast, but they try to make up for it with good customer service. I’m fine with that. Good service is a rarity nowadays."
