Publix Super Market at Williamsburg Downs Shopping Center

"First time in a Publix and I will say as a Texan who has a great grocery store chain this place was super clean and thevstaff is very nice and helpful. Might be time to bring a Publix to Texas preferably in the Houston area."

"Went today to this Publix as usual pay for my items when I got home I noticed one of the items was not in the bag. The person who was bagging my shopping was your manager Matthew. after driving back home for 15 minutes I had to come back to Publix to get my fish back I asked Matthew himself. He looked at me like if I was lying about it another employee approach me and ask what was happening I told him. That they forgot my fish. He pointed at the refrigerator. Meaning Matthew did forget to give my bag when I payed for my items . people can make mistakes. I didn’t have a problem with that, but what made me Uncomfortable was the fact that your manager Matthew didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Not even a have a great night!!! very disappointed on this store. Very poor customer service. There’s nothing wrong with the situation But more of his reaction and his action.."

"Clean, easy parking, has variety. Only complaint is the incredible increases to pricing. Oh ... Please consider single seniors. Meat packaging for 1 or 1.5 (a lil' extra for leftovers) people would be helpful with the budget. Thank you"

"This supermarket is so good. All goods are well stacked and organised. So clean. And huge selections of everything that I need from a supermarket. Staffs are all very friendly but not in the over-friendly way. Ginny the cashier is wonderful. And I forgot the name of young man who helped me to bag purchases. Very helpful."
