"I ordered flowers for my papa/ pastors funeral from the company from you flowers.com. The florist at this shop at first had them delivered at 5pm instead of 10am in the morning. Thank god I set the delivery date a day before the funeral or this really would’ve been an even terrible disaster Then the flowers showed up late to a location that they weren’t even supposed to be at!!! The florist did not one time contact me in an email to clarify the confusion!! Instead I have a nice email saying delivered from the company.Best of all the flowers a standing arrangement in which we spent $300 on showed up without a stand!!! Apparently the funeral home sent it back and told them to have it corrected and to the funeral home at 8:30 we shall see if the problem is corrected by the funeral. Or I will be on here making another review and filing a formal complaint with the company I ordered from. These people really shouldn’t be in business. Unacceptable!!! Epic fail. From you flowers really shouldn’t be in business with these people at all."

"This has got to be the worst experience with an order of flower, ever! If I could give no stars, I would. My son wanted to send me flowers because I was having an awful day. He ordered them in the morning hours and they arrived at 4:30 looking beat to hell. The driver opened the trunk of his Camry and the flowers were on their side. The vase was covered in water with only 1/4” of water in the bottom of the vase. The driver said “you’re gonna need to add water to these” Broken flowers. Obviously reorganized by the driver considering they were all bunched up in one area leaving huge holes and greenery in the remaining 3/4 of the arrangement. All I could do was cry. Something so thoughtful was a nightmare. If this arrangement is an example of the work coming from this shop, it needs to close its doors. I’ve attached what my son ordered and what he got."
