"855pm. Basically, dinner time ane they are completely shut down. Nothing in the ready to go. They don't want to sell food, absolutely not a pleasure shopping for dinner."

"I suppose my expectations of Publix have been too high. I ordered a sub as a salad, the whole sub was on sale for $8.99, I ordered half and was still charged $7.09 so I asked why, the Deli manager came up to the service desk CLEARLY with an attitude, but why? I'm juts standing here, I asked she was so abrupt and offered her explanation, and walked away. There was another manager at the desk, I turned back and asked him did she have an attitude and like why?? He just shrugged his shoulders and continued doing what he was doing. I'm turned again to leave, and this interaction just did not sit right with me. Of course I got a refund, and don't plan on ever going to this store again. The PUBLIX in Apopka would NEVER! NOT even an offer of apology no empathy or concern shown at all."

"I would give ten stars if I could, especially for the deli associate they're the best so kind they get great customer service skills. She makes my sandwich with love. All Publix associates are awesome."

"We live close by and shop here pretty regularly always a good experience. Till couple weeks ago I had to order a cake for my daughter - she is obsessed with stitch and that was her party theme. So cake HAD TO be a stitch as well. After browsing internet for ideas I found exactly what I want and came here to request it. At first I was told it wasn't possible and they can only do partial idea of the cake. I was disappointed but had no other choice. I came back few days later to put the order in. And likely was able to communicate with Jessica (possibly a manager of the bakery not sure) but after discussing details she agreed to make the cake exactly like the picture I brought. And I'm so glad she did - she made my day, my daughter's birthday, all guests were in AWEE of the cake. I honestly teared up when I saw the final result. Cause she did such a beautiful job decorating. And I'm so grateful for her. Gestures like this from just a regular employee can make such a drastic difference in customers experience. And I wish more people do that (not just in publix)"

"This review reflects the deli department. Every time I go there, everyone in the deli moves at a sloth's pace. Today, the second lady in line (in front of me) had waited 15 minutes for her lunch. The people next to us waiting for chicken were being completely ignored by the employees who were not far away. When she mentioned that nobody had helped them, the employee in the back mumbled something and turned their back. Metro West, folks!"
