"I asked for a small one and a nice arrangement. When I got to look for it, it was very ugly. I tell her that I don't like it and she got upset and said that I shouldn't grab them then. Also, she throws them in the flower fridge with a very bad attitude. I told him that I needed them if he could make me something nicer. I really do not recommend this place, they make you feel bad after they are doing the wrong job. They need your customer service and flower arrangements better. In the end she made a slightly better arrangement but it's still not a very nice arrangement plus her bad attitude made the whole process worse. I felt like I had to beg for a slightly more decent arrangement. Very bad decision to choose this place without reading some reviews."

"For celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary with my wife while vacationing in Orlando, I was looking for a florist to put together a bouquet of 25 roses for her. I stopped in that morning and they were happy to put together my order to pick up in just a few hours. When I picked up my order I was extremely happy. The roses were outstanding and they went the extra mile by getting a silver vase, silver accent numbers and decorations for the bouquet. We were vacationing to Orlando for 8 days and the roses stayed great looking the whole time we were there. My wife was sad that she couldn't take them all home with her. I'm sorry I can't remember the nice lady's name, but she was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recomend to anyone, plus the price for the bouquet was very good. Thank you so much!"

"We recently had a loss in our family and I decided to order flowers from a local florist for my mother who just lost my father to COVID. I picked an arrangement that was a potted plant. The idea of the flowers dying brought me more sorrow. I loved the arrangement we selected and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the florist shop hand wrote the note I wrote online. "Good average flower shop, I think they are doing renovation since the walls looked fairly empty. Other than that flowers are decent and people are nice, I only wish they stocked ready to grab arrangements bouquet."
