"High quality, fashionable jewelry, attentive service. My purchase was beautifully wrapped in a pouch. What a great place to buy a gift or treat yourself! Try it, you’ll like it."
"I have never been this embarrassed and humiliated in a store like I have at this Brighton store. I have been enjoying collecting my free state pouches at the states I visit and getting my Brighton passport book stamped. However, I could not find my passport book while i was at the store. I asked the staff to look up in their system to find me in order to give me the pouch. They proudly announced it LOUDLY FOR ALL IRHER CUSTOMER TO HEAR that I was actually NOT a VIP because I ONLY spent $600 last year. (Not only once but many times) Funny I had no trouble in collecting the pouch in other state this year in February when I was in California."
"My husband and I were shopping for Christmas gifts this past December. We were looking for a belt for my husband and asked an assistant to please help us out. We were looking on line in the store for one to order since they didn't have one in his size available. The manager told the assistant to go help other people and left us alone and told us that the belt wasn't available in my husband's size. We left the store with our heads down and really felt beat! The next day we called a store in Texas that we have shopped at before and not only did they find the belt in the size that my husband wanted we also bought a new beautiful blue bag for me ! It doesn't end there, we then called California headquarters to report the awful service we received in the Estero Brighton store!"
"Find a different Brighton to shop at - my salesperson today was awful and I will not be giving them my business.....ended up going to Pandora for my gifts today. My birthday was in April so I had a birthday gift coupon of $15. I never used it since the pandemic closed stores and I just thought it was expired. The beginning of August I received a phone call from Donna (who, by the way, is a wonderful salesperson and I have used her many times for gift assistance) Donna called to let me know my birthday certificate was still waiting and I would be able to use it until 8/31. Well I went there today and found a few things and when I asked to use the $15 I was informed it was expired and they were not able to honor it. Well, why call me if it wasn't available. What a waste of a drive over there and of my time away from work. I could absolutely understand it being expired but why call me. To top it all off, the associate waiting on me was not very nice about it at all. This is certainly not the Brighton that I used to love to shop at at all...what happened to friendly sales people? No sense on giving them my business when there are plenty of other shops at Coconut Point."
"I was there with my mom yesterday. We had a rather uncomfortable experience. When we walked in to the store, it was filled with white middle aged women shopping there. Seems like there’s a event. No one paid attention to us, or welcomed us, and every associate showed no interested in us. No one told us what’s the event until I asked one associate. Probably because we were not white, probably because me and my mom were dressed casually not like other white rich women from Naples as their target customers, they probably think people like us will never afford to buy anything from them. We just felt REALLY unwelcome and uncomfortable to stay anymore. The most uncomfortable part was when we left, no one said goodbye nor opened the door for us, we felt completely left alone and being discriminated as non-white non-rich race. I can’t think of a reason you did not say good bye or see you again when customer walked out the store. It is SO uncomfortable to walk out with no interaction. Terrible customer experience. That was my first time step into this store and it sure will be my last time. I’ll tell every of my friends and family that we should not go there again."
