"I went in to buy a small bag for myself and the people that greeted me were nice but the lady that rang me out was so rude! She didn’t say anything to me when I went up there and then when i asked her if she could get me a newer bag instead of the one on display she argued and said it’s the same exact thing. First of all i know it’s the same bag but the one in the back hasn’t been touched yet so i was just wanting a newer one ?? Also she gave me the smallest bag she could find and just stuffed the purse in there. I don’t know her name but she was an older white woman with glasses. Coach is not cheap so it’s annoying when you go to spend money there and are treated bad."
