"Another corporate America company. Seen the advertisement for custom engraved jewelry, low and behold they of course can't share details to get you hooked into the store right???? I get there Its $20 extra which is cool I'll pay it, but there are only 2 engraving machines within somewhat of the vicinity of my home, which hey it's cool I'll go out of the way to go get this item i want for my wife and child to cherish forever. Well the custom engraving machine is not touch sensitive with a somewhat delay so I did not use that portion as it looked terrible.So i had to choose from some form of script. Oh and you can only fit 3 precise words. Ugh. I hate shopping as it is aand this solidifies why. The cherry on the cake was i was told these could be sized and well,well,well they cannot. Needless to say i will never spend my hard earned money at this useless "jewelry" store ever again. I will shop at a local jeweler from here on out as corporate America has no pride. Oh and Kay is better"
