"I can’t speak more highly about 220 Madison. The rooms are very modernly designed and comfortable, easy commute from downtown to UT, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Christin is always so helpful with ANYTHING you could possibly need including hosting community floor events to make the building feel like home. Omar and Dennis are also amazing at making sure our building runs smoothly at all times and overall being friendly faces around the building. The building is also right across from the police station so I always feel very safe day and night! I truthfully so at home here and I would recommend 220 Madison to all UT students who are looking to move off campus!!"

"220 madison is the best off campus college apartments. I have been here for two years now and can’t see myself anywhere else. The amenities are amazing - gym, study rooms, massage chair, shuttle to campus and more. The views from the apartment are AMAZING. And the location is convenient. The managers Christin and Merv make this place even better. Omar and Dennis are amazing too. It is truly like a second home to me, they are always hosting events to bring the students closer & it’s awesome. I totally recommend living here ❤️"

"I have lived at 220 Madison for two years now, I have had nothing but the best experience living here. I love being walking distance from absolutely everything. It is only about a 10 minute walk to campus, I choose to walk on most days but I love having the option to take our shuttle to and from campus. I feel so extremely safe living here, we are right across from the police station and our security system is amazing. They have only the best amenities including multiple study rooms, a movie room, a gym, massage room, etc.! Every apartment has the most exceptional views of the city, I love all the natural light that I get in my room and common room. We have so many community events like Pizza nights or Taco Tuesdays that give us the chance to get to know everyone. The greatest thing about living here is by far the staff. They are super personable. Christin and Omar truly care about every resident in the building, I am so thankful for their willingness to fix any issue I have ever had here. Christin is like our second mom here, her office door is always open for anything we need help with. If there is ever a maintenance issue, Dennis is super helpful and is ready to resolve the issue right away. I am so thankful for my experience living at 220 Madison, I definitely made the right decision by living here."

"220 Madison has given me the best college experience. I have lived here for about two years now, and I love everything about it. The walking distance is perfect to the school. You don't need your car or deal with the campus traffic and being late to classes. I will never have a better view than I do now. The building has amazing city views and great features like the 3rd floor study rooms, movie room, gym, massage chair, and more. The best thing is the community manager, Christin Hills. She really makes you feel like home and is always there if you need help with anything or just want to talk. I have made so many friends and connections from this place. LIVE HERE!!!!"

The views are amazing, amenities go far beyond what you pay for, not to mention, the staff treats you like family. Christin was the most kind-hearted and supportive property manager.
