"Whatever you do, do NOT get your ears pierced here. They use a piercing gun which essentially just rams the earring into your ear and shatters the tissue. The earrings they give you have butterfly backs which are difficult to clean and prone to infection. Also, their three week "Rapid Care" solution is a complete lie - piercings don't heal that fast no matter what you put on it."

"I placed an order online for pickup 4/8/23 and was told by the website it could be ready same day at the earliest. I go into the store a couple days after just to check on the status since I hadn’t heard anything and needed the stuff soon. He literally blamed me, told me not to come back into the store until I received a text saying it was ready. Because it’s “confusing” to the staff. Flash forward a month and still no email/text saying it’s ready. I go to a different store to see if I can get a better employee. They told me it wasn’t their problem and that I can just cancel it in the confirmation email. Except there isn’t a way to cancel, only a customer support email. I emailed them frustrated, asking for a refund. Next day I got a message saying my order was canceled, but no sort of explanation or apology after I told them there were 3 separate staff members who were all rude. This place has gone down hill since I was a kid."

"Manager cashed me out & didn’t ask for my number to get the points. I emailed customer service they said they were applied to another account. Good thing I still had the receipt customer service was able to take the points away from that account & put them on my account. The other associate that was there should of been the manager she was going to cash me out & she was asking for phone number or email for Claire’s account but the manager wanted me to ring out with her since I was making & big purchase so I feel like she already knew what she wanted to do."
